Recently, there has been a publication with a distorted interpretation of the truth regarding the letter from His Excellency Tuy Ry, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Japan, sent to His Excellency SAKAGUCHI Naoto, Member of the House of the Japanese Representative, informing about the human rights situation in Cambodia, which may lead to misunderstandings about the content of the letter from His Excellency the Ambassador of Cambodia to Japan.
